Pension fund consulting and actuarial valuations

Our range of services in pension fund consulting includes, among other things:

• Consulting on the technical interest rate, conversion rates, and other actuarial parameters related to the technical interest rate
• Calculation of obligations/technical provisions
• Actuarial reports in accordance with Art. 52e BVG
• Revision of pension plans, benefit and financing concepts

Legal consulting

Broker services

We offer support in choosing the right pension provider (collective or joint institutions) and pension model for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Pension trustee liability (PTL): Foundation boards and operational managers are personally liable for breaches of duty in the management of pension funds. PTL insurance protects against these liability risks – even in cases of negligence – and can also cover damage to trust.

Cyber insurance: Cyber attacks are increasingly threatening companies. Cyber insurance offers financial protection in the event of security incidents and complements technical measures. It is now recognized as a central component of comprehensive information security management.
