It is a provider of fund- and asset management services supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. It provides investment advice, asset management, client representation and transaction management services for pension funds, in particular for their real estate portfolios. It is based in Basel and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Helvetia Holding AG, St. Gallen.
The investment vehicles currently managed by the fund management company focus on residential and mixed-use properties in Switzerland. Together with its internal and external partners, the fund management company covers the entire property value chain.
