Northstone Asset Management AG has been operating as an independent asset manager based in Zug, Switzerland, since it was founded in 2017. Northstone initiates, advises and manages alternative investment funds (AIF) with a focus on real estate in Luxembourg. Northstone finances, develops and implements its own residential and commercial real estate projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The project portfolio currently includes four real estate projects in different stages of development with a total volume of around EUR 230 million.
